MessnerMoto’s CNC V2 Motorcycle Switch is a result of passion and precision engineering. This custom motorcycle handlebar switch combines sleek design with top-notch functionality. Compact and Functional Design

The CNC V2 switch is the smallest motorcycle handlebar switch available, measuring only 45mm in diameter and 12mm in width. Despite its compact size, the buttons are thoughtfully designed for easy operation. Each button is 12mm in diameter, with a clickable area of 8mm. The 3mm gap between buttons is both a functional and aesthetic feature, allowing you to feel each button separately, even through thick motorcycle gloves.

 

Durable and Long-Lasting Build

MessnerMoto’s custom motorcycle handlebar switches are CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum. The switches are polished, sandblasted for a satin finish, and finished with a Hard Anodized Black coating. This durable finish is scratch-resistant and made to withstand tough conditions, ensuring your switch will last.

 

Flexible Installation Options

With the CNC V2, you can customize your handlebars with as many switches as you need. Choose to route the wires internally for a clean look or externally for easier access. The housing is made from two separate parts, allowing for simple access to the buttons for soldering or maintenance. Two screws secure the housing for a robust assembly.

Perfect Compatibility with Clip-Ons and Control Modules

MessnerMoto’s switches are designed to integrate seamlessly with our Clip-Ons CNC V2, allowing you to conceal wires within the handlebars. They are also compatible with control modules like the Moto Gadget mo.unit blue, or any programmable device, providing flexible functionality. Pair them with an electronic relay to configure and use them according to your setup.
