Motorcycle Throttle Single Pull CNC, for cable operated carburetors/EFIs, is designed and manufactured using the latest technology by MessnerMoto. Throttle offers 74mm of cable pull length with the smallest footprint of just 45mm in housing case diameter.

Throttle Housing of the MessnerMoto Motorcycle Throttle has been CNC machined out of aircraft grade 6061-T6 Aluminum. After CNC machining, parts are polished and fine sandblasted in order to achieve satin finish. The final step is perfect Hard Black Anodized Surface finish. Hard Black Anodized surface finish is scratch resistant and will withstand environment abuse for a long time.

Because MessnerMoto Motorcycle Throttles are produced in low volume numbers making molds and tools for casting Throttle Tube and Cable Guides was not and option. For that reason Throttle Tube and Cable Guides are made using the latest 3D Printing Selective Laser Sintering technology from strong and abrasion resistant Polyamide 12.

Parts made from this material have better mechanical performance than usually used ABS plastic. We are constantly updating and improving all the parts made using 3D Printing Selective Laser Sintering technology with each production iteration, because we are not constrained by pre-made tools for production.

We recommend VENHILL UNIVERSAL TWIN THROTTLE CABLE KIT 1.35M. You need two order two cable kits for PUSH/PULL or TWIN-PULL. For SINGLE-PULL you need one cable kit.
