CNC 5 3/4″ Motorcycle Headlight Bracket

The MessnerMoto CNC 5.75″ Motorcycle Headlight Bracket is an integrated front-end mounting system designed for custom motorcycles, café racers and modern-retro builds. Unlike conventional headlight brackets that clamp around the fork tubes, the MessnerMoto system mounts directly to the top triple clamp, creating a cleaner front end without additional fork-mounted brackets.

Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the bracket supports a 5.75″ (5¾”) motorcycle headlight and can be configured with integrated mounts for Motogadget Motoscope gauges and Kellermann Atto Dark Integral indicators.

Clean Triple-Clamp Mounted Design

The bracket mounts using two M6 mounting points spaced 90 mm apart, allowing the complete headlight assembly to be positioned without conventional fork-mounted headlight ears. It is designed to integrate directly with compatible MessnerMoto top triple trees.

For custom applications, the bracket can also be installed on another suitable top triple clamp when two correctly positioned M6 threaded mounting points with 90 mm center-to-center spacing can be provided. Always verify available space, mounting geometry and clearance before installation on a custom triple clamp.

Designed for 5.75″ Motorcycle Headlights

The bracket is designed around the popular 5.75″ / 5¾” motorcycle headlight format, making it suitable for many aftermarket LED headlights used on café racers, custom motorcycles and restomods. The headlight is secured through two M8 mounting points.

These mounting points also allow the headlight angle to be adjusted so the beam can be positioned correctly for the motorcycle and riding setup. Headlight is not included unless specifically stated in the selected configuration.

Integrated Motogadget Gauge Mounting

Instead of adding a separate speedometer bracket to the front end, the MessnerMoto headlight bracket can be configured with integrated support for:

The gauge carrier is secured with two M6 fasteners and allows the viewing angle to be adjusted around the rider’s position. This brings the headlight and instrument mounting into one coordinated assembly, reducing unnecessary brackets around the triple clamp.

Optional Integrated Kellermann Atto Indicators

The bracket can also be ordered with integrated mounting points for Kellermann Atto Dark Integral LED indicators. This allows the front indicators to be incorporated directly into the headlight assembly instead of adding separate indicator brackets to the fork tubes or triple clamp.

Choose the indicator-support option when ordering if you want this configuration. Kellermann Atto Dark Integral indicators are sold separately. Two indicators are required.

CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Aluminum

All aluminum components are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. After machining, the parts are polished and fine-sandblasted to create a uniform satin surface before anodizing.

Available finishes:

Stainless-steel fasteners are used throughout the assembly for durability and corrosion resistance.

One Integrated Front-End System

The main advantage of the MessnerMoto design is integration. Instead of combining separate fork-mounted headlight ears, gauge brackets and indicator mounts, the system can bring the 5.75″ headlight, Motogadget instrument and Kellermann indicators together around a single CNC-machined assembly. The result is particularly suited to café racers, custom motorcycles, restomods and minimalist builds where reducing visual clutter around the forks and triple clamps is part of the design.
