This wonderful product is designed and CNC machined by MessnerMoto with love and passion. Recognizable, but unique, smooth and elegant design. MessnerMoto loves unique products and with this product we haven’t compromised design and functionality, thats why this product is a pretty complex to be CNC machined.
MessnerMoto BMW R Seat Bracket come in HARD Anodized Black or Silver finish. Specially designed to be a perfect fit. CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, Seat Bracket is made to fit right in to the backbone frame tube of every BMW R. Two M8 bolts secure seat bracket in the backbone frame tube.
Seat bracket have integrated carriers for stop and turn lights. Depending on your project design you can choose between two lights or one indicator light per side. Light indicator carriers are made to accept minimalistic Kellermann Atto-Intergral indicator lights. Carriers for indicator lights are connected with seat bracket with 8mm Carbon Fiber tubes. Seat bracket has internal channels for routing wires. You can also choose option with no indicator light.
In cooperation with our friends ALEX LEATHER CRAFT we can provide you with a plug and play seat option. Head to their STORE and chose a seat design according to your taste from their huge collection. When ordering a seat directly from ALEX STORE, you need to inform them that seat will be mounted on MessnerMoto BMW R Seat Bracket. They need this information so they can make a bolt pattern compatible with our seat bracket.
If you choose we can integrate carriers for indicator and rear lights. Light indicator carriers are made to accept minimalistic Led Indicator Light Atto® Dark Integral by Kellerman and/or Led Rear and Brake Light Atto® Dark Integral by Kellerman You can also choose option with NO indicator light at all.
You can choose Light carrier with One or Two Lights per side.
- If you opt for One light per side you can choose between having Led Indicator Light Atto® Dark Integral by Kellerman OR Led Rear and Brake Light Atto® Dark Integral by Kellerman
- If you opt for Two lights per side you can choose install Led Indicator Light Atto® Dark Integral by Kellerman AND Led Rear and Brake Light Atto® Dark Integral by Kellerman and have complete Indicator and Rear/Brake functionally in light carrier.

The actual product looks incredible and the quality is better than I could ever have imagined. My issue is the carbon fiber tubes that hold the tail lights are simply bonded into place with epoxy. I got onto my R80 twice and my leg hit one of the tubes because they are located directly under the seat and they snapped off. Had to disassemble the entire kit to apply new epoxy, twice. Very good kit but missing a little thought or R&D I guess.

Hi Joey, there is a compromise between functionality and beauty. We could have suggested that you shorten the tubes so you dont hit them. Actually shortening the tubes is a must step. You have a video in product webpage how a shorter tube tucks the light below seat. Hope this helps.
You can see video of how it looks with shortened carbon tubes. Thee is no way you will hit them when you sit on the seat.
