Universal Front Fender for USD Forks

MessnerMoto loves unique products and with this product we haven’t compromised design and functionality, thats why this product is a pretty complex to be CNC machined.

MessnerMoto Universal Front Fender for USD Forks is the best way to clean up the look of your Front End. No more original, ugly Fender brackets on USD Fork Shoes.

We invented clever and elegant system of attaching the Fender using lower tubes of USD Forks. CNC machined Aluminum Fender carriers are attached to the lower most position on lower fork tube. Fender carriers only occupy 4mm of lower tube length. Carriers are CNC machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 and they are HARD Anodized Black.

Fender is SLS 3D Laser sintered with the latest technology using Polyamide 12 material. This material is tougher and more resistant to impact than any OEM ABS Plastic Fender. We spray painted the Fender using Black Plastic Primer. It is up to you to give the fender final color.

Carriers and Fender are connected using OD: 8mm ID: 6mm tube Carbon Fiber tube with 3K Matt finish. Carbon Fiber tube needs to be cut to length according your tire size selection and wanted clearance between tire and Fender. The last step is to glue tubes inside the purposed 8mm holes inside the Fender.

If you want the cleanest look you will need to cut Fender brackets from your USD Forks.
