The conversion kit is designed for classic Honda CB750 K and CB750 F models.

Each kit combines a custom Honda steering stem with CNC-machined upper and lower triple trees configured around the forks selected for your project.

Complete CNC Triple Tree Conversion Kit

The Honda CB750 USD fork conversion kit includes:

Multiple Triple Tree Offset Options

Different front-end combinations can require different triple tree geometry, which is why the kit is available with multiple offset options:

30 mm / 35 mm / 40 mm / 45 mm / 50 mm / 55 mm / 60 mm

The current kit uses 40 mm as the general recommended offset, while other options allow the setup to be adapted to the requirements of an individual build.

Fork length, wheel and tire dimensions, ride height and the complete motorcycle geometry should be considered when selecting an offset.

CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Aluminum

The upper and lower triple trees are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.

After machining, the components are polished and fine-sandblasted to achieve a clean satin surface before anodizing. The current kit is available in both Hard Anodized Black and Silver Anodized finishes.

The result is a clean, minimalist front end designed to complement classic Honda CB750 café racers, restomods and performance-focused custom motorcycles.

Custom Honda CB750 Conversion Stem

At the center of the conversion is a custom steering stem made for the Honda CB750 frame.

Rather than trying to make the steering stem from the donor motorcycle work with the Honda chassis, the conversion kit combines a purpose-made stem with triple trees manufactured for your selected USD forks.

This allows the classic Honda chassis and modern front suspension to work together as one conversion system.

Adjustable Steering Stops

The lower triple tree incorporates adjustable steering stops.
