Multiple Triple Tree Offset Options

Front-end geometry is an important part of any fork conversion. For this reason, the MessnerMoto BMW Airhead triple trees are available with several offset options:

30 mm / 35 mm / 40 mm / 45 mm / 50 mm / 55 mm / 60 mm

This allows the triple tree configuration to be better matched to different forks, wheels and custom motorcycle setups.

40 mm is our general-purpose choice for many conversions, but the appropriate offset depends on the complete motorcycle setup.

Fork length, wheel and tire dimensions, ride height and other geometry changes should all be considered when planning a custom front end.

CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Aluminum

The upper and lower triple trees are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.

After machining, the components are finished to create the clean, technical appearance characteristic of MessnerMoto parts.

Two finishes are available:

• Hard Anodized Black
• Silver Anodized

The minimalist design works particularly well on BMW café racers and restomods where the front end is visually exposed and every component becomes part of the overall motorcycle design.
