The MessnerMoto BMW R nineT CNC Triple Tree Kit is a complete upper and lower triple-clamp system designed around the original 55 mm BMW R nineT USD forks. Developed for custom R nineT builds, café racers and performance-oriented motorcycles, the kit replaces the original triple trees with a precision CNC-machined system while retaining the original fork configuration.

Both triple trees are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and designed together as a complete front-end assembly. For builders planning a different front suspension setup, the triple tree kit can also be custom-made for other USD fork configurations. Contact us with your fork specifications before ordering.

Designed for Original 55mm BMW R nineT Forks

The standard configuration is designed specifically around the original BMW R nineT 55 mm USD forks. This allows you to retain the original fork assembly while replacing the OEM upper and lower triple trees with a complete CNC-machined setup. For builders who want to keep the original R nineT suspension while creating a cleaner and more purpose-built front end, there is no need to source a completely different fork assembly.

The standard kit is designed around the original R nineT fork configuration, making it particularly suitable for café racer, custom and performance-oriented R nineT builds.

Optional Motogadget Motoscope Pro Integration

Many custom BMW R nineT builds replace the original instrument cluster with the Motogadget Motoscope Pro. For this reason, the MessnerMoto triple tree kit can be configured with a dedicated CNC-machined Motoscope Pro mounting solution, allowing the gauge to become an integrated part of the cockpit rather than relying on a separate universal bracket.

Combined with the triple tree and 55 mm clip-ons, the Motoscope Pro can form part of a clean, compact R nineT cockpit with the major components designed to work visually together.

Designed for 55mm Clip-On Handlebars

The standard triple tree configuration is a perfect match for 55 mm clip-on handlebars, creating a lower and cleaner cockpit compared with the original handlebar arrangement. Pair the kit with MessnerMoto 55 mm CNC Clip-Ons for a coordinated front-end setup with matching materials, machining and finish.

CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Aluminum

The upper and lower triple trees are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. After machining, the components are finished to create the clean satin appearance characteristic of MessnerMoto CNC components.

Adjustable Steering Stops

The lower triple tree incorporates adjustable steering stops, allowing the steering limit to be configured around the motorcycle and cockpit setup. This is particularly useful on custom R nineT builds where clip-ons, controls or other cockpit components can change the available steering clearance.
