BMW K75 K100 K1100 USD Fork Conversion Kit
Bring modern front suspension to the classic BMW K-series with the MessnerMoto BMW K75 K100 K1100 USD Fork Conversion Kit.
This CNC-machined triple tree system is designed to install modern USD forks on BMW K-series motorcycles while providing a clean, purpose-built connection between the original BMW chassis and your chosen front end.

Rather than limiting the conversion to one particular donor motorcycle, each kit is configured around the USD forks you want to use.
That gives you much greater freedom when selecting suspension, brakes, wheels and other front-end components for a BMW K75, K100 or K1100 café racer, restomod or custom motorcycle.
BMW K-Series Compatibility
The conversion kit is designed for:
- BMW K75
- BMW K100
- BMW K1100
The current kit supports all model years of these three BMW K-series platforms.
Each conversion is configured around the combination of your BMW and selected USD front forks.
Built Around Your Choice of USD Forks
The MessnerMoto BMW K-series conversion kit is not restricted to one specific donor front end.
Popular USD fork options include:
- Suzuki GSX-R USD forks
- Honda CBR USD forks
- Yamaha R1 USD forks
- Yamaha R6 USD forks
- Kawasaki ZX USD forks
- BMW S1000RR USD forks
- BMW R nineT USD forks
- Showa USD forks
- Öhlins USD forks
Other USD fork configurations can also be accommodated.
After ordering, we confirm the relevant information about your forks before producing the triple tree kit for your specific front-end configuration.
Your current page already explicitly supports GSX-R, CBR, R1, R6, ZX, Showa, Öhlins and other fork configurations. MessnerMoto We’re simply presenting that capability more clearly and adding the BMW fork options you’ve confirmed you support.
Complete CNC Triple Tree Conversion Kit
The kit provides the main triple-tree components required to connect your modern USD front end to the BMW K-series chassis.

Multiple Offset Options
Different forks, wheels and overall motorcycle configurations can require different front-end geometry.
The MessnerMoto BMW K-series triple trees are therefore available with multiple offset options:
30 mm / 35 mm / 40 mm / 45 mm / 50 mm / 55 mm / 60 mm
40 mm is our general-purpose recommendation for many conversions, while other offsets are available when the build requires different geometry. MessnerMoto
Fork length, wheel and tire dimensions, ride height and other changes to the motorcycle should be considered when selecting the final front-end geometry.
If you’re unsure which offset is appropriate for your build, contact us with details of your motorcycle and chosen front end.
CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Aluminum
The upper and lower triple trees are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
After machining, the components are polished and fine sandblasted to produce a clean satin surface before the final anodized finish. MessnerMoto
Two finishes are available:
- Hard Anodized Black
- Silver Anodized
The result is a clean, technical triple-tree design that works particularly well with the exposed front ends found on BMW K-series café racers and restomods.
Modern Front Suspension for the BMW K-Series
The K75, K100 and K1100 have become popular platforms for highly modified café racers and restomods, and the front end is one of the areas where builders often want considerably more freedom.
A custom USD conversion allows the motorcycle to be built around modern suspension and braking components while retaining the distinctive BMW K-series chassis and engine.
The MessnerMoto conversion kit provides the structural connection between those two generations of motorcycle design.
Whether you’re building a minimalist BMW K75, a K100 café racer or a performance-focused K1100, the system lets you choose the front-end components around the direction of the complete motorcycle.
Keep Your Original BMW Snowflake or Wire Wheel
If you want modern USD forks while retaining the distinctive appearance of the original BMW Snowflake front wheel, MessnerMoto also produces a dedicated wheel conversion kit.
The BMW Wheel to USD Fork Adapter Kit is designed for BMW Snowflake and Wire wheels and can be configured around the USD fork setup used on your motorcycle.
This lets you combine:
classic BMW wheel + modern USD forks + MessnerMoto triple trees
without making the complete motorcycle look like a modern sport-bike front end was simply transplanted onto it.
I would put a strong product card/internal link to the wheel adapter directly underneath this section.
Build a Complete BMW K-Series Front End
The triple tree kit can be combined with other MessnerMoto components to create a more complete front-end system.
Depending on your build, related components include:
- BMW Snowflake wheel to USD fork adapter
- Universal USD fork front fender
- CNC clip-on handlebars
- CNC motorcycle mirrors
- CNC LED handlebar switches
- CNC motorcycle throttle
- Radial brake and clutch master cylinders
Your current page already cross-links many of these cockpit components, including the clip-ons, switches, mirrors, master cylinder and throttles. MessnerMoto
I’d simplify the existing giant product list and present these as related product cards instead.
Ordering Your Custom Fork Configuration
Your USD Fork Information
Because the kit is configured around your chosen front end, we need to know which USD forks you intend to use.
After your order is placed, we will confirm the necessary information before production.
Depending on the conversion, this may include:
- Fork manufacturer
- Donor motorcycle
- Model
- Model year
- Fork dimensions
- Selected triple tree offset
This allows the triple trees to be produced for your particular BMW K-series and USD fork combination.
The current page states an approximate three-week production time for the custom kit. MessnerMoto
For unusual fork configurations, contact MessnerMoto before ordering to discuss the setup.
Designed for BMW K-Series Custom Builds
The BMW K75 K100 K1100 USD Fork Conversion Kit gives builders a clean foundation for combining modern front suspension with one of BMW’s most distinctive classic motorcycle platforms.
From stripped-back K75 builds to aggressive K100 café racers and performance-oriented K1100 projects, the system is designed around flexibility: choose the USD front end that suits the motorcycle rather than building the entire project around one specific donor fork.
Designed and manufactured by MessnerMoto as part of our CNC component system for custom motorcycles.
