CNC Wide Triple Trees for Triumph Bonneville T100 & T120

Triple Tree Kit

The MessnerMoto Triumph Bonneville T120 WIDE Triple Tree Kit is a precision-machined CNC solution for riders building a wider, more distinctive front end on their liquid-cooled Triumph Bonneville. Designed for the Triumph T100 and T120 from 2016 onward, the kit widens the front end by 50 mm and allows fitment of a wide front wheel and tyre, including 3.50″ wheel setups.

CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the complete kit combines the upper and lower triple trees with the required axle, wheel spacers, brake rotor spacers, stem and adjustable steering stops.

It is a purpose-built solution for custom Triumph Bonneville builds where a wider stance and carefully engineered front-end geometry are part of the design.

Wide Front End for Triumph Bonneville

The MessnerMoto WIDE Triple Tree Kit increases the front-end width by 50 mm compared with the OEM setup.

This additional width provides the clearance required for wider front wheel and tyre configurations, including 3.50″ wheels and potentially wider setups depending on the complete wheel and brake configuration.

The result is a more substantial front-end appearance while giving custom builders the freedom to create a wider Triumph Bonneville build.

Designed for T100 & T120 – 2016 Onward

The kit is designed for the liquid-cooled Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120 from 2016 onward.

The upper triple tree is designed to work with the OEM handlebar risers, while the OEM gauge cluster can remain in use.

The Triumph ignition/key switch does need to be relocated as part of the installation.

This makes the kit suitable for builders who want to significantly change the front-end configuration without completely redesigning the cockpit.

 

25 mm Front-End Lowering

The MessnerMoto triple tree design also allows the front of the motorcycle to be lowered by approximately 25 mm.

This changes the visual proportions of the motorcycle and can be useful when creating a more aggressive custom stance.

As with any change to front-end geometry, the final ride height, suspension setup and wheel configuration should be considered together when building the motorcycle.

CNC Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum

The triple trees are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, giving the components a precise and clean finish consistent with MessnerMoto’s approach to custom motorcycle parts.

The kit is available with either an anodized silver or hard black anodized finish.

The machined construction also gives the triple trees a clean appearance that works particularly well with custom Triumph Bonneville builds.

Wheel Adapter System

 

The WIDE Triple Tree Kit includes the components required to accommodate the wider front-end configuration.

The kit includes a 50 mm longer front axle, along with wheel spacers and brake rotor spacers.

• This allows the wider wheel and brake assembly to be positioned correctly within the widened triple-tree setup.

OEM Cockpit Compatibility

One of the useful features of the MessnerMoto design is that the upper triple tree is made to work with the OEM Triumph risers and OEM gauge cluster.

This gives builders more flexibility when deciding how much of the original cockpit to retain.

The ignition/key switch does require relocation, but the OEM risers and gauge cluster can remain part of the finished motorcycle.
