Shipping

We use our special shipping partners for every specific county in order to eliminate import fees or any additional cost for our customers. 

For example in EU market we use DHL Paket Service and in USA we use USPS/CanadaPost. For other countries we have many different options for shipping in a way that there are no import fees.

Shipping time is usually 7-14 days

If you prefer we can use Premium shipping method from the best companies DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS… Leave us a note and we will ship it in this way without any additional charge.

We are physically based in EU, but all orders are sent directly from our production cooperators in Shenzhen.

Customs and Taxes

As mentioned above there are no import fees or any additional charge if we you use our preferred shipping methods depending on country you are in. 

Buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes and/or customs fees if he prefers Premium shipping method.

But even if you prefer Premium shipping we will do everything to minimize or completely remove customs fees or tax fees for our customer. Because of legal reasons we can’t write how.

Usually, in 99% of cases, our customers(World wide) don’t pay any customs fees or/and Tax fees.
